Kvetch, dat doen (even Nederlands voorbeeld bedenken) de bellers naar stand.nl (ok, niet altijd) en dat doet ook de mevrouw met de kraakstem (ook al vind ik dat niet erg, op zekere leeftijd, in bepaalde situaties mag je kvetching zijn).
